How the First Conversation Works.
The first call is 30 minutes and it is free. We ask you to come with one question: what is the single outcome that would make next year significantly better for your business? From there we will tell you honestly whether digital marketing is the right lever for that outcome, and if so which discipline to prioritise. We do not pitch a full retainer on the first call — that would require us to know far more about your current situation than we could learn in half an hour. Instead, we schedule a paid channel audit at a fixed fee, and the audit becomes the foundation of any proposal we write. This means the proposal is grounded in evidence about your actual website, not assumptions.

Do you charge for the initial audit?
The first 30-minute call is completely free. If we recommend a full channel audit after that call, we charge a fixed fee of €450, which covers five days of analysis and a written report. If you proceed with a project, the €450 is credited against the first invoice.
How quickly can a project start?
Once a proposal is signed and a deposit received, most projects can begin within two weeks. We maintain a short waitlist during busy quarters — right now our next available start slot is early Q3 2025. Reaching out now secures your place in the queue.
Can I meet the team in person before committing?
Absolutely — we encourage it for larger engagements. Our South Mall studio is open Monday to Friday and we keep two slots each week for prospective client meetings. Drop us an email and we will find a time that works.
