Case Studies With Numbers in Them.

Every project in our portfolio is presented with the KPIs that were set at the start and the results measured at the end.

What We Put in a Case Study.

We do not publish case studies that say “we redesigned the website and the client was delighted”. Each entry in our portfolio starts with a problem statement — the measurable gap between where the client was and where they needed to be. It documents the strategy we chose and why, the specific deliverables produced, and the outcomes measured over a defined window after launch. Where a client has requested confidentiality on revenue figures, we use indexed metrics (baseline = 100) to preserve meaning without exposing sensitive data. This format gives you a realistic picture of what working with us produces.

“I've worked with three agencies over five years and none of them showed me a proper results slide at the end of a contract. Practice of Portland sent a 12-page report with every metric we had agreed on in week one. That is how it should work and rarely does.”
